Professional Induction Loop Series

The Professional induction Loop Series is capable of driving perimeter, figure 8 and multi loop systems for area coverage up to 1800m².
These products are used in a wide range of applications such as small, medium and large meeting rooms, conference suites and places of worship, theatres, etc. But only where spill control is not an issue and signal absorption from constructional metal is not a big concern.

The PLS- X Range

The PLS-X1, X3 and X5 are highly efficient professional loop drivers. Using digital transformer technology has eliminated transformer modulation distortion further improving the listening experience for hearing aid users. In addition, being more than 8 times more efficient than conventional technology it has enabled smaller and lighter construction with lower power consumption and less heat dissipation. The amplifiers are all packaged in stylish, convection cooled, 1/2 width 1U housings (19" rack). Operating in silence, they use less energy, generate less heat and cost less to run than conventional systems. With a 5 year warranty and a host of features to simplify installation and operation, they will soon become everyone's first choice.

PLS Class D Tech Series

Univox PLS-6 is is the first in the PLS Class D Tech loop drive series. It is suitable for a wide range of loop configurations, single- and 2-turn perimeter loops and multi-loops, enabling flexibility in system performance. The high eﬃciency class D design design has resulted in a series of loop drivers considerably smaller and lighter than their predecessors, with enhanced output power optimized for modern hearing loop system design. Super Loop Series

The SuperLoop Series - is always *Ultra-low spill and provides similar area coverage to the PLS, but with superior metal loss compensation and near 3 dimensional uniform field strength.
These products are used in similar applications to the Professional induction Loop Series, but with the added advantages stated they can also be used in adjacent room locations such as cinema and lecture theatres and in areas where construction metal will absorb the signal rendering a conventional induction loop system below standard.

* Ultra-Low spill performance is achieved through the combination of the SuperLoop amplifier and the loop design. Where other factors such as installation or cost constraints are more important than Spill control a custom loop design can be offered free of charge.

Class D Super Loop Amplifier Series

The SuperLoop Class D Series is a range of digital Superloop amplifiers - They have replaced our conventional superloop amplifiers and provide additional facilities such as Self Diagnostics, Parametric metal loss control and Remote Monitor Outputs in a smaller, lighter housing with high effeciency low thermal output.

The higher output voltage of the SLS Clas D amplifiers are more suited to meeting the demands of the revised standard IEC 60118-4 2014 and are also capable of driving 2 turn loops as facilitated by theuse of our dual track 12.5mm copper tape.

The SLS 7 is the largest superLoop Amplifier in the range, with 2 x 10 Amps per channel at 100V the output power far exceeds that of its predecessor, the SLS700. This amplifier is also available with DANTE

Portable Loop Series

The Portable induction loop series are complete induction loop systems in a wheeled flight case. Weighing between 8Kg & 10Kg depending on the options selected, these systems are truly portable without compromising on performance.
All models use the same induction loop amplifier. They are supplied with a loop cable dispenser (35m of cable), loop extension cable (15m) and a Univox® Loop Listener

Where the flexibility offered by a portable loop is required then choose SmartLoop. This is a 1- 1 loop system that can be used at counters, in meetings on mains or battery. It can even be installed.

Univox SmartLoop assists in most types of one-to-one meetings, providing versatile desktop induction loop assistance for hearing aid users. The portable induction loop is powered by a rechargeable Lithium Polymer battery and ready for immediate use. No installation work is required.

This very versatile hearing loop product can be used in differnt ways. The slim low-profile design allows for placement on a flat surface between two or several people meeting without being intrusive and can be used either with the built-in microphone or an external headset, lapel or omni-directional conference microphone connected to the 3.5mm mic input.

SmartLoop can also be used as a traditional portable desktop loop with the supplied stand mounted. The unit will now be in an upright position, easy to spot with hearing loop signage.

With induction loop driver and a loop integrated into a single unit, SmartLoop is ideal for a quick and simple installation in counter/desk applications, such as ticket, service and retail counters or receptions desks. Just attach the unit underneath the counter and connect a microphone, preferably AVLM5, M-2 or CBL 410 microphone. Unless the counter itself is only temporary, you will need to use the mains adapter
