Univox® Launches Most Powerful Custom Designed Portable Induction Loop

New from induction loop company -Univox® is the P Loop 2. This portable induction loop system for areas up to 150m2, ensures that venue owners and meeting organisers can provide good, clear and standard compliant sound for hard of hearing people when a fixed installation is not possible or practical. In most cases a mobile system means a compromise in performance. But with its powerful custom designed amplifier, proprietary dual action automatic gain control (AGC) and low noise operation, the system delivers intelligible sound to match any Univox® professional amplifier, all in a robust, wheeled flight case that you can use whenever and wherever you want.
The P Loop’s high output current maintains good field strength even in buildings with high metal content. Additionally, dual action AGC- unique to Univox® means that any loud, short bursts of sound are automatically supressed but without any loss of signal so the hearing aid user never misses a word.
With the addition of the high performance diversity FM wireless system, a factory fitted option, microphones can be worn or kept in close proximity to the person speaking, significantly reducing the pickup of background acoustic noise further enhancing system performance and intelligibility.

The P Loop 2 is supplied in an aluminium wheeled flight case with telescopic handle, complete with 35 metre cable and cable spool, 15 metre extension cable and Univox® loop listener.
There are three inputs for programme flexibility and a line output for use with an audio system. The P Loop 2 is short circuit proof, has an automatic resettable fuse and LED indicators for easy measurement readings. It is fully compliant with IEC 60118-4 and covers an area of up to 150m2.
Suitable applications include hotel meeting and training rooms, conference centres, church halls, community centres, school halls, exhibition halls and temporary event venues.
